Join us for an intimate cook-along where you’ll step into the world of handcrafted Neapolitan pizza alongside the founder and master chef of Pizza Artist. You’ll discover how authentic sourdough pizza is made, why fermentation matters, and how a few simple ingredients come together to create extraordinary flavour.
Work with properly fermented dough, learn to stretch it by hand, feel its texture, and uncover the science behind what makes a great pizza. Along the way, we’ll debunk a few common myths around pizza and health, explore fresh sauces, artisanal cheeses, and thoughtfully chosen toppings before you craft your own pizza and bake it in true Neapolitan style.
But this evening is about more than cooking. It’s about slowing down, meeting new people, sharing conversations over the kitchen counter, and enjoying the simple joy of creating a meal together. You’ll also get the opportunity to meet the founder of Pizza Artist, the founders of A Little Hum, and a small community of people who simply enjoy good food and meaningful experiences.
